We are seeking someone to work virtually in a part time capacity.The OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced part time virtual Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team on a contractual basis. In this role, you will assume full ownership of our bookkeeping functions which are performed in Quickbooks Online.Outcomes
- Categorize monthly expenses in QBO
- Close monthly and annual books on a cash basis
- You will be the driving force behind our pursuit of financial visibility as you create the foundation for accuracy through timely bookkeeping services
- Perform technical accounting tasks
- Prepare monthly reports, quarterly and annual reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Master’s preferred)
- Expert in Quickbooks Online
- Minimum of 10 years experience in bookkeeping.
- Proven experience as a senior level bookkeeper, with a successful track record of providing accurate and timely services to clients.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in debits, credits, and journal entries
- Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts and bank statements
- High aptitude with Computers and technology
- Deadline oriented, with an ability to work independently and in entrepreneurial manner.
