- Pay Rate: We now work 7 days a week.
- We are needing recruits with OPEN availability: •
- Monday - Friday - 6 am to 7 pm CST •
- Saturday - 7 am to 5 pm CST • Sunday, 7:30 pm - 4:30 pm CST
- 30 days no time off (Yes about 10 hours)

- Typing Test (1min) 50 WPM
- Supporting intake department to streamline the intake process
- Candidate needs to be comfortable typing fast and inputting data through the day.
- Enters pertinent claims information from source documents.
- Corrects entries were indicated.
- Maintains appropriate records, files, documentation, etc.
- Processing for teams including Concurrent Review, Behavioral Health, and Medicare, etc. - department is open 7 days/week because of this level of exposure to the business
- Supports authorization requests for services in accordance with the insurance prior authorization list.
- Supports and performs data entry to maintain and update authorization requests into utilization management system.
- Assists utilization management team with ongoing tracking and appropriate documentation on authorizations and referrals in accordance with policies and guidelines.
- Contributes to the authorization review process by documenting necessary medical information such as history, diagnosis, and prognosis based on the referral to the clinical reviewer for determination.
- Remains up to date on healthcare, authorization processes, policies, and procedures.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Monday -Friday 6am -7pm CST schedule, with Weekend availability as expectation is when done with 90 days ramp up, will take weekend shift
- Hour of operation for this role are weekdays Receive faxes, triage them, and send out to the appropriate teams within Client •
- Candidate needs to be comfortable typing fast and inputting data through the day • Enters pertinent claims information from source documents • WFH Experience with Teams chat and Outlook available for communication
- Key skills; Data Entry, Health Care, Authorizations.
- High school diploma REQUIRED due to possibility of conversion later.
- 50 WPM typing speed, 10,000 keystrokes per hour/ open availability for week/weekends.
- 3 months to 1 year of data processing or clerical experience preferred but not required.
- Non open availability/ Non reliable internet connection.
- 10,000 Keystrokes alphanumeric per hour needed = between 50 - 60 WPM. Typing test needs to be attached to resume
- Ability to be punctual and reliable on the job
- Familiar with 10 Key , (Right side of keyboard with numbers)
