- Answer inbound calls, emails, and text messages
- Schedule, confirm, and update transportation appointments
- Collect and enter accurate data into our systems
- Handle complaints professionally

- Follow reputed company department procedures and quality standards
- Stay up to date on policies and protocols
- Support team efforts to ensure exceptional client experiences
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fast, accurate typing (40+ WPM)
- Excellent communication skills
- Eligible to work in the U.S.
- Comfortable using a headset and sitting for long periods
- Able to pass a Level II background reputed company
- Pay: $16.00 per hour
- 4% matched 401(k) after one year.
