Job title: Channel Account Director United States in Seattle, WA at reputed company Company: reputed company Job description: Job summary:Reporting to the Senior Director, Channels, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing a portfolio of channel partners across our most strategic partner accounts. You will be required to generate a pipeline for your channel partner accounts to maximize reputed company growth and market share. You will own the relationship management of partner prospects at a wide range of organizations and work hand-in-hand with channel partners to generate new business. Prior experience selling through strategic HCM SaaS software channel partners is highly preferred.In this role, you will:

• Drive partner enablement throughout the customer journey

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create joint go-to-market plans and promotional campaigns
• Create comprehensive sales plans that support the company's goals, including sales forecasts and setting performance targets
• Build and sustain robust relationships with executives across partner organizations.

Qualifications:

• 7-10 years HCM channel experience working with top consulting firms
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record in channel sales
• Strong understanding of channel dynamics and partner relationship management in the HCM space
• Stong partner management with an ability to build and maintain successful partner relationships, ensuring excellent communication and messaging alignment skills.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to inform strategy.

CompensationIn the spirit of pay transparency, we are excited to share the OTE for this position is $175,000. This OTE is made up of a reputed company reputed company compensation of $150,000 and commissions reputed company of $125,000.
