Our family-run business is committed to building ideal relationships with customers, employees, and communities by crafting some of our industry’s most innovative and trusted tools.ResponsibilitiesThe Paid Media Coordinator will sit on our in-house marketing communications team, the IDEAL Integrated Marketing Group (IMG). The position will support IDEAL Industries, Inc. and our three brands: IDEAL Electrical™, Anderson Power™, and Enatel.This role will focus on managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across various platforms while simultaneously collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to inform strategy and improve campaign performance. Bridge the gap between executing paid media buys and leveraging data insights to maximize ROI.Responsibilities:· Campaign creation and execution: Set up paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, YouTube, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Stack Adapt, etc. Fulfill timelines and insertion orders for trade media. Utilize approved budgets, audience targeting, and creative.· Paid media project management: Put together ad spec documents and timelines for developing creative, sharing with internal clients, and programming with media partners.· Audience targeting: Utilizing data insights and business strategies, prepare audience targeting for internal client review. Refine audience targeting strategies, including demographics, interests, behaviors, and custom audiences.· Optimization and A/B testing: Continuously optimizing campaigns by adjusting bids, ad creatives, and targeting based on performance data, conducting A/B testing to identify the most effective variations. Work with IMG to adjust for optimized ROAS.· Data integration and tracking: Implement proper tracking codes and pixels to accurately measure campaign performance across different platforms and channels.· Data analysis and reporting: Monitor campaign performance metrics (impressions, clicks, conversions, cost per acquisition, etc.) across platforms, identifying trends, and generating detailed action reports for stakeholders.· Collaboration with cross-functional teams: Work closely with division marketing teams and IMG to bring paid media strategies to life.QualificationsQualifications:· Four-year college degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related degrees· 1-2 years experience with Retail Media Networks including The Home Depot and Amazon.· 2-5 years experience managing paid media on a variety of platforms, including Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Business Manager, StackAdapt, Google Ads, YouTube, trade media, and more.· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft PowerPoint· Must have ability to travel within the US or abroad on occasionSkills and Abilities:· Data-backed thinker, with an ability to use and translate data to make inform decisions· Organized, collaborative and team-minded· Experience working with complex, matrixed and process-oriented teams· Experience upholding process for their function· Able to work successfully and productively on an independent basis in a remote setting· Attention to detail and drive for results· Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environmentThe expected hourly rate for this position is between $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.IDEAL INDUSTRIES, INC. is proud to be one of Newsweek’s Global Top 100 Most Loved Workplaces and an Equal Opportunity Employer.
