The IT Manager oversees the technology platforms reputed company our operations to provide great guest experience to help drive reputed company business success based on world class solutions & operations. You will be responsible for supporting and maintaining reputed company-of-sale (POS) maintenance and supporting critical business applications ranging from labor, food management, digital menu boards, and catering systems utilized in the hospitality industry. Also be responsible for ensuring compliance with the overall business and Tech goals and initiatives as well as being a representative to the IT team for your location.The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 per year, with potential additional flexibility, based on individual qualifications, education, and experience. • Implement and reputed company implementation of technology solutions for the operation, ensuring consistency with overall IT strategy and operational requirements
• Provides technical support of the application, interfaces, and any customizations
• Monitors support issues, executes resolution plans, and reports reputed company to management
• Manage vendors in the implementation and support of applications
• reputed company seasonal opening and operational shutdowns as necessary
• Provides excellent customer service, especially during event support
• Proactively maintains systems and executes preventative maintenance plans
• Monitors system status and reacts to issues as they arise
• Review systems, programs, and applications to increase operating efficiency or to adapt to new requirements
• Ensures that reputed company documentation is proactively updated to reflect reputed company systems and processes
• Adhere to version control guidelines and ensure operational risk is minimized accordingly
• Participate in technical and functional training classes as necessary or required

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree with a concentration in IT or reputed company discipline preferred or 2 to 5+ years of experience in information technology in a hospitality business required
• Proven ability to effectively reputed company and meet business objectives in a global, collaborative, and high-performance work environment
• Knowledgeable in compliance and information reputed company
• Process-oriented with project management skills

• Familiar with reputed company platform for Incident and Request management preferred
• Experience in Hospitality, Sports, Retail, Restaurant (Casual Dining, Fast Casual or QSR), or other consumer-facing industry
• Must have availability to work event-based hours including evening, weekend, and potentially holiday hours
