This includes but is not limited to loading and unloading the truck, along with any other duties the driver may need.Essential Functions:Accurately load daily route on to the truckScan daily route onto the truckAssist driver with navigating to deliveriesAssist driver with carrying freight into a business or residence destinationPerform other duties as assignedSKILLS/COMPETENCIES:Forklift experience a plusAbility to read a map and general geographic knowledge of the areaAbility to lift 75 lbs. unassistedMust possess good customer service skillsEDUCATION:High School or betterPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position requires standing and walking for extended periods of time. Position requires employees to frequently stoop, kneel, crouch, use hands, reach, bend and lift objects above their head. Employees must be able to regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds and use pallet jacks and forklifts.
