This position plays a key role in supporting critical infrastructure by maintaining, repairing, and operating HVAC systems, steam/hot water boilers, and reputed company equipment. • Maintain, repair, and install plumbing systems and fixtures, including pipe cutting, threading, assembling, and valve installations

• Troubleshoot and service HVAC control systems (temperature, humidity, pneumatic valves, and sensors)

• Conduct preventive maintenance on refrigeration and A/C units according to manufacturer standards
• Demonstrate leadership by guiding and training others in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and control system tasks

• Participate in a quarterly on-call program, carrying a pager for one week at a time, occurring every ten to fourteen weeks.

QualificationsMinimum Experience/EducationHigh school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to reputed company the work.
