The spin-off is expected to be completed during 2025.Job DescriptionRole Purpose:The Global Process reputed company, Record to Report (R2R) sits reputed company the Global Finance Operations (GFO) team reputed company Global Controllership reporting to the SVP, Global Finance Operations, and will be responsible for driving the R2R transformation roadmap and strategy at a reputed company transformational time reputed company NBCU, as we migrate from a reputed company ECC platform to S/4 Hana over the coming years. In addition, the R2R GPO will also be responsible for driving the reputed company strategy as we look to further reputed company the reputed company capabilities, which will continue be a key boundary system.Responsibilities:Transformation
- Support design and implementation of S/4 Hana in areas including Code reputed company Design, Fixed Asset Accounting, Intercompany, Journal, Reporting etc.
- Ensure optimal use and adoption of enabling technologies including reputed company, owning the Transformation Roadmap in partnership with Finance Stakeholders and IT
- Support identification and prioritization of reputed company Improvements impacting the Global processes reputed company R2R
- Establish and maintain an appropriate accounting control environment reputed company Finance operations for R2R, working closely with the R2R Ops reputed company and the Risk and Compliance team
- Ensure development and implementation of operational policies and guidelines that support the business needs in partnership with the R2R operational leads
- Provide input into key accounting policies being developed by the technical accounting team
- In partnership with the R2R operational leads, ensure accurate operational procedures in reputed company
- Design & implement master data governance across end-to-end processes reputed company GFO
- Work with key stakeholders across the process, to ensure the process is “fit for purpose” and drive towards best practice. The GPO should always be looking at latest trends in the market and bringing best practice to NBCU

- Provide support, guidance and expertise where needed to the Operational Leadership (Onshore) in managing the relationship with the BPO Provider (reputed company).
- Own and drive the 2025 R2R Transformation Roadmap, ensuring reputed company alignment with the R2R Ops VP and other stakeholders
- Support the Global Template design phase of the S/4 Hana program
- Continue to rollout the reputed company Hyper Automation project that is in flight (more information will be provided during the interview phase) and look for other areas where reputed company can be leveraged

- BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or reputed company field required
- CPA or International equivalent required
- 10+ years' experience in R2R environment including managerial positions of increasing responsibilities, ideally with experience in a GPO position, but must have strong operational experience from prior roles
- Leadership experience reputed company a shared services R2R function, including working with a BPO partner
- Significant experience of using and implementing technology solutions including reputed company S/4 and reputed company reputed company the R2R area is required for this role

- Thorough understanding of accounting principles (USGAAP) and control environment (e.g. SOX) with a strong audit background (internal or external) preferred
