This role is pivotal in positioning our WND product across North America via the creation of compelling value propositions. The successful candidate will manage our content library and pursuit execution, ensuring effective communication of our value and differentiation to clients.Key Responsibilities:Develop original, best-in-class pursuit and marketing content tailored to decision-makers, collaborating with internal subject matter experts and Voice of Customer research.Provide strategic guidance on RFP responses to optimize client outcomes, encompassing value proposition, services, and storyline.Oversee comprehensive pursuit efforts, from planning to delivery, ensuring the production of top-tier deliverables.Lead internal stakeholders and facilitate team briefings throughout the pursuit lifecycle, offering insightful recommendations.Ensure compliance with client requirements while crafting narratives and win themes that captivate and persuade.Contribute to the development and maintenance of our content library and various marketing materials.Support the evolution of best practices in content creation and pursuit execution.Assist in other marketing functions as required.We are looking for:High School Diploma or equivalent; Advanced or Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.3-5 years of experience in pursuit management and content creation within a relevant industry, with direct experience in Contract Logistics being highly advantageous.Candidates should possess curiosity, a positive attitude, meticulous attention to detail, and adaptability.Experience managing multiple projects and high-volume client requests simultaneously is essential.Proven ability to work effectively across the organization, collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts.Strong project management skills and intermediate to advanced proficiency in Loopio, Seismic, SharePoint, and MS Office applications.Prior experience in warehouse, distribution, or transportation operations is desirable.Familiarity with supply chain and logistics is a plus.Domestic travel up to 10% of the time may be required based on business needs.If you're passionate about storytelling, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess a knack for managing complex projects, we'd love to hear from you.
