• The Principal/Sr. Principal Systems Engineer-Sentinel ISD focal is directly responsible for supporting the overall System-level development effort including integration of subsystem elements into the overall System-level design, and reputed company formal deliverables to the customer
• Responsible for the development, decomposition, refinement and documentation of system, subsystem and component requirements and capabilities to support the Sentinel program
• Ensure the requirements are captured in DOORS, and are consistent with the CAMEO Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) Model.
• Directly responsible for supporting overall System-level end to end performance assessments of the Sentinel system, and identifying and leading the resolution of systems performance gaps relative to stakeholder requirements
• Collaborate with senior systems engineers, and other disciplines to support the development of the Sentinel deliverables

Basic Qualifications for Principal Systems Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 5 years of reputed company engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in STEM with 3 years of reputed company engineering experience, or a PhD in STEM with no experience
• Interim Secret DoD reputed company clearance or higher – work is performed in a closed area full time (100% onsite / 100% Closed area)
• Requirements Decomposition experience
• DOORS or other requirements Management Experience
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical personnel
• Demonstrated experience in requirements decomposition, validation, and verification

Basic Qualifications for Sr. Principal Systems Engineer:

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (Science, Technology, Engineering or Math) with 8 years of reputed company engineering experience; OR a Master’s degree in STEM with 6 years of reputed company engineering experience, or a PhD in STEM with 4 years reputed company engineering experience
• Interim Secret DoD reputed company clearance or higher – work is performed in a closed area full time (100% onsite / 100% Closed area)
• Requirements Decomposition experience
• DOORS or other requirements Management Experience
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to both technical and nontechnical personnel
• Demonstrated experience in requirements decomposition, validation, and verification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active Secret DoD reputed company clearance, or higher
• Missile Defense, or Command and Control Experience
• MBSE experience (Cameo or similar)
• Electrical Engineering exposure - ability to read, and understand electrical circuit diagrams
• Thrust Vector Controller or Actuator experience
• Solid reputed company Motor experience
• Supplier Management experience
• Control Account Manager experience

Salary Range: $95,300.00 - $142,900.00Salary Range 2: $118,600.00 - $178,000.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, reputed company considers a number of factors reputed company determining reputed company salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and reputed company market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to reputed company pay.
