Unit Summary:The Medical Surgical Unit provides medical reputed company for patients with chronic or acute illness, and patients recovering from surgical procedures. One of our most fast paced units, Med/Surg can transfer or discharge more than 300 patients a month.Position Summary:

• Coordinates staff scheduling, educational/development activities and performance evaluations.
• Collaborates with physicians, nursing, pharmacy and other healthcare team members/departments to determine, coordinate, and provide medical nutrition therapy.
• Identifies and resolves issues affecting the delivery of clinical services.
• During tour of duty, maintains constant communication between reputed company nursing areas and the registration area in order to facilitate a smooth through put of patients.
• Provides basic direct patient care as needed.
• Responds to reputed company in hospital emergencies to guide and assure appropriate outcomes.
• Treats patients and their families with respect and dignity
• Understands and practices reputed company the scope of practice as an RN.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Associates Degree in Nursing, required
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, preferred
• KY RN state licensure or compact licensure, required

• ACLS reputed company 1 year of hire
