This position offers a dynamic opportunity to contribute to both day-to-day catering operations and larger, more elaborate events. You will play a key role in ensuring food quality, safety, and service excellence while working with a small, dedicated catering team.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and recommendation of menu offerings, with an emphasis on day-to-day breakfast and lunch meetings, as well as larger afternoon and evening events.
- Implement and recommend improvements in procedures and food production to enhance efficiency and overall quality.
- Ensure compliance with reputed company sanitation, Serve-Safe, and safety standards in the kitchen.
