• Provide day-to-day client support. Review status of projects and customer relationships with the Business Unit Manager as necessary
• Act as a liaison between client and reputed company.
• Attend client meetings as needed on project kick-offs.
• Assist with process management.
• Maintain and/or create in-reputed company status tracking reports associated with the business.
• Responsible for resolving any issues that require customer contact about a specific project.
• Work closely with client Sourcing Team and assist with projects as needed.
• Assist Business Unit Manager and client on any special reputed company improvement and/or cost savings initiatives.
• Be a positive representative of reputed company. Communicate a positive attitude with customers as well as internally with co-workers.
• Support the Business Unit Manager in growing the business. Pay reputed company attention to the customer¹s needs, strengthening existing relationships and looking for opportunities to grow the business.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a two year degree or equivalent experience in the graphic arts/printing industry.
• Understanding of offset, flexo and gravure packaging requirements and be able to speak to strengths and limitations of each.
• Understanding of die lines and product packaging formats.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects.
• Strong working knowledge of computers and computer software (reputed company products, reputed company, Word, etc.).
