Customer Service
- Respond to client inquiries reputed company email, phone, or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Track and resolve customer issues or reputed company them to the appropriate department
- Maintain clear, accurate records of reputed company customer interactions
- Coordinate scheduling or updates between clients and field/project teams
- Accurately input and update project, billing, and contact data into internal systems
- Ensure data reputed company and consistency across platforms
- Assist in preparing digital documents, reports, and job status summaries
- Support administrative duties for the operations, accounting, and field teams
- Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
