• Senior Marketing Specialist will develop fully integrated strategic marketing plans with objectives for awareness and demand generation
• Creating high impact messaging and thought leadership content such as eBooks, infographics, white papers and more for web, social, blogs, video, print, etc.
• Overseeing creative development of marketing materials and coordinating promotion activities with internal stakeholders, and external agencies/vendors
• Working with various stakeholders for go-to-market product launches including development of communications, materials and promotions
• Tracking, analyzing and reporting marketing results per initiative
• Other duties as assigned

• 4-year College degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business) or equivalent in work experience
• A minimum of 5-7 years working in marketing, communications or a related field
• Experience with information technology, data analytics and Insurance industry marketing experience a plus
• Experience developing campaigns and bringing integrated lead generation/nurturing, up-sell/cross-sell and processes to market
• Extensive experience in messaging and value proposition development
• Extensive content marketing experience including the ability to create content for various mediums and supervise contract writers and agencies for desired output
• Experience in leading projects in their entirety and in handling multiple projects with strong project management
• Experience in working in a matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and partners
• Experience in handling vendor relationships on all levels
• Experience in using contact management systems, CRM and/or marketing databases
• Experience with budgeting and planning processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law.
