This is a fast paced position with contact customer interaction that requires organization and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will be able to work the overnight shift, with flexibly to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays.Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Supervising and dispatching the Bellstand function of the hotel
- Dispatching calls and answering phones
- Conduct foot patrols throughout the property
- Reviewing camera footage
- Monitoring the employee entrance, signing out guest passes to vendors, and conducting bag checks.
- Responding to medical emergencies on the premises
- Assist customers, guests, and colleagues with any security related issues or questions
- Perform all duties as assigned by the Security Supervisor/Director
