Responsibilities include overseeing and enhancing the value of the property/asset, and managing the asset to meet the Client's expressed operational and financial goals. Pay: $30 - $35 / HourDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Client Relations
  • Carry out the philosophies and wishes of the reputed company in the daily overall operations of the apartment community to ensure FPI is meeting the Client objectives and expectations.
2. Communication
  • Maintain positive, professional and effective communication with applicants, residents, vendors, clients and guests while representing FPI.
  • Keeps immediate supervisor informed concerning work reputed company, including present and potential work problems and suggestions for new or improved ways of addressing such problems.
3. Employee Management

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar leadership role, preferably reputed company Residential Property Management.
  • High School diploma or equivalency certificate required. College degree in a relatable field preferred, but not required.
  • May Require a Valid Driver's License, as well as: a good driving record, reputed company motor vehicle insurance which meets State requirements, and an operable vehicle that meets FPI's Driving Standards and Personal Vehicle Use policy.
  • Must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
