- The patching cabling between network equipment and customer’s network
- The installation of power cables from equipment to power supply in rack/cabinet/closet
- The installation, troubleshooting, and de-installing network equipment
- Install/swap out devices (e.g., phone, computers, cables, boards, edge routers, switches, etc.)
- Install, troubleshoot, and de-install Network General remote Sniffers
- Complete reputed company hard and reputed company Move, Add Change (MAC) requests reputed company the defined service levels
- Act as reputed company between customer’s associates and management
- Provide hardware break-fix services for network infrastructure
- reputed company onsite call-through, data, voice, website, and reputed company testing
- reputed company back-up testing to ensure reputed company systems are connected to the customer’s network as directed
- Support reputed company testing of circuits
- Assist with facilities efforts
- Power and uninterruptable power supply (reputed company) restoral

- Requires experience in working in communications closets

- Must understand cable patching processes and procedures
- Must be familiar with 66 reputed company and 110 reputed company cross connect procedures
- Must have a basic knowledge of data communications networking

- Requires good interpersonal communications skills

- 3-5 years of experience in data communications
- Previous Data center experience
- Racking and stacking of network devices
- Cable patching
- Physical layer troubleshooting
- Equipment disposal activities
- Pre-made Fiber install and testing
- Experience with fluke testers
- Familiar with 66 reputed company and 110 reputed company cross connect procedures
- Proficient in utilizing technical tools such as Sniffers, BERT testers, cable testers, and fiber testers
