Come be a part of it!Role Summary:As part of our growing engineering team, the Lead Backend Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, high-performance backend systems using C# and Python on AWS.This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive backend architecture decisions, optimize system performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, cloud-native solutions.What You'll Do:Technical Leadership:
  • Lead the design and architecture of scalable backend services using C# and Python.
  • Establish best practices for backend development, including security, performance, and maintainability.
  • Mentor and guide a team of server engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative engineering culture.
Backend Development & Implementation
  • Develop and maintain microservices, APIs, and data processing pipelines.
  • Implement server-side logic, business rules, and data management strategies.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
Cloud & Infrastructure Management
  • Design and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, leveraging services like Lambda, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and RDS.
  • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting strategies to ensure system reliability and uptime.
  • Collaborate with DevOps to establish CI/CD pipelines and automate deployment processes.
Collaboration & Innovation
  • Work closely with frontend, product, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration of backend services.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to enhance system performance and development efficiency.
  • Drive the adoption of best practices in cloud architecture and backend engineering.
