Job title: 26 Girls/Boys High School Soccer - Head Coach in Missouri at McDonald County High School Company: McDonald County High School Job description: Responsible for all aspects of the High School Girls/Boys Soccer Program in the manner that upholds the values, philosophies, and objectives of the McDonald County R-1 School District Athletic Department.Job Responsibilities Train athletes on a consistent basis for the ideal physical condition in their sport by using methods to help athletic skill and mental toughness.Teach individuals about everything related to the sport’s rules and regulations to help athletes develop a high level of understanding of their chosen game.Create specific physical performance conditioning programs to increase athletic performance, confidence and team success.Evaluate team and individual athletic performance consistently using video, photography, data sheets and other means and addressing skills deficits during practice.Work with the athletic director to ensure transportation and lodging are provided for travel when needed.Coordinate goals and strategies for improvement with assistant coaches and other staff members.Select and ensure top quality team equipment, supplies and facilities, such as uniforms, practice equipment, or conditioning materials.
