- Conducts psychological evaluations, including collection of anamnestic information and mental status examination, leading to diagnostic impression and recommendations for management and/or treatment.
- Provides psychological treatment and interventions, as indicated, including individual, marital-family and/or group counseling as well as crisis reputed company.
- Prepares and delivers oral and written psychological reports to appropriate medical and/or clinical staff in a timely manner.
- Maintains records as required by hospital policies, regulatory and accrediting agencies.
- Establishes and maintains an appropriate clinical caseload.
- Participates in departmental and rehabilitation team meetings and conferences regarding patient care issues.
- Participates in training and education of medical residents, patients/families, staff members and others as directed.
- Contributes to program improvement in an effort to improve quality of clinical services on an ongoing basis.
- Performs other duties as requested.
- Doctoral degree (PhD, PsyD, EdD) in Psychology required
