- Primarily clinical based practice demonstrates ability to reputed company competencies and prescriptive authorities as approved by the medical staff.
- Participating in direct patient care with patient care teams.
- Performing reputed company clinical pharmacy activities and oversees clinical activities of clinical pharmacists in training.
- Round with the medical team and provide patient care interventions

- Reviewing and evaluates individual drug orders for appropriateness, safety, and cost. Documenting the care provided to patients.
- Supervising the drug distribution operation: responsible for assuring safe and effective alternatives as appropriate.
- Routinely communicating with physicians, nurses and patients regarding drug therapy.
- Contributing to the accomplishment of initiatives to improve the cost-effectiveness of drug therapy.
- Demonstrating ability to provide age-specific patient care as established for area and job title.
- Demonstrating ability to reputed company competencies and reputed company activities as outlined in Pharmacist Authorities policy.

- BS Pharmacy or Pharm.D. Degree
- California Pharmacist License
- AHA BLS for the health care provider and ACLS certifications required prior to being trained to respond to codes.
- Board of Pharmacy Specialties (BPS) or other nationally recognized certification required reputed company 2 years' of hire.
- Experience in a multi-site health system pharmacy enterprise;
- Teaching certificate and/or experience precepting reputed company and/or residents
- PGY1 residency or 3 years' experience in relevant practice area preferred.
- Experience in a higher level acuity floor (e.g. reputed company down unit)
