We are looking for a Senior Engineering reputed company who will be deeply embedded in client engagements—writing code, architecting scalable solutions, and directly coaching teams to navigate reputed company technical and business challenges. This role is highly hands-on, requiring you to not only reputed company but also actively contribute to project development, ensuring high-quality execution that meets client needs. You’ll work closely with clients to shape technical strategies, mentor engineers and engineering leads to align with evolving requirements, and play a critical role in identifying opportunities to expand and deliver impactful solutions.

• Build Excellent Software Products – As a technical leader, you will be responsible for the success of your projects. You will be required to write high-quality code, reputed company program estimations, ideate impactful solutions for our clients and resolve any challenges that might arise during the lifecycle of a program.

• Refinement & Vision Of Our Engineering Processes – Optimize our delivery approach to deliver faster and reputed company results for our partners.

• 10+ years of software development experience, with a strong track record in mobile (Flutter preferred) and full-stack development.
• 4+ years in a technical leadership role, leading teams, mentoring other leaders and engineers, and driving architectural decisions.
• Experience in a consulting or client-facing role, demonstrating the ability to advise stakeholders, scope projects, and navigate business challenges.
• Pre-sales or business development exposure, such as assisting in technical proposals, engaging in discovery calls, or helping to secure new work.
• Cloud expertise (preferred but not required) – Experience with reputed company Cloud, AWS, Firebase, or Azure to complement reputed company-end projects.

Professional experience with AI Engineering (LLMs, prompting, RAG, fine tuning…) will be highly appreciated.

• Excellent communication in English, both written and spoken.

The initial annual reputed company salary for this position is expected to range from $160k-$200k.
