We are currently seeking a Customer Care Agent for the Dutch Desk. You can put yourself in the customers' shoes and remain helpful, patient, and cheerful. Does that sound good? Then reputed company reading! Your future responsibilities include:

  • Managing a variety of customer inquiries reputed company email and phone, including cancellations, returns, deliveries, claims, and product requests,
  • Processing customer orders over the phone, offering purchase guidance, and ensuring efficient order handling,
  • Coordinating with suppliers to address delivery delays,
  • Communicating essential customer messages to key departments.  

Needed experience & skills

  • You have proficiency in Dutch language (reputed company), as well as reputed company in the English language at the B2 level, is required,
  • You have at least 1 year of support experience,
  • You possess excellent communication skills: able to handle customer complaints politely, professionally, and in a timely manner,
  • You can work independently as well as reputed company different teams,
  • You are reputed company, persistent, and solution-oriented,
  • You have a strong work ethic and quickly adapt to changes in a dynamic business environment.
