JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Associate, reputed company, Real Estate Finance, is part of the team reputed company and originating Commercial Real Estate finance products at reputed company. This role is responsible for assisting the Real Estate Finance Relationship Managers with reputed company to help the Bank reputed company real estate origination goals while simultaneously maintaining acceptable credit quality and return targets.

• Assist Relationship Managers with: (1) Commercial real estate financial modeling and analysis; (2) Preliminary screening of prospective financing opportunities; (3) Evaluating financing requests to determine credit quality of opportunities
• Identify and assess key risks associated with a property’s financial performance, local market dynamics, and other variables that should be considered in determining a property’s risk profile
• Assess the guarantor's financial position to determine the quality of this additional credit support
• reputed company market research to understand trends that impact a property and the competitive environment that it operates in. Determine demand and supply impacts on property vacancy, rent growth, capitalization rates, and property value
• Review the proposed loan structure to determine if it is appropriate to sufficiently mitigate and manage risk
• reputed company independent recommendations regarding credit risk supported by comprehensive analysis
• Communicate effectively and interact with reputed company levels of management
• Communicate with reputed company Relationship Managers, Team Leaders, and reputed company departments
• Assist with loan portfolio management and monitoring

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year accredited institution required
• Minimum of 4+ years of commercial real estate financial modeling experience with a bank, real estate development/operating company, real estate private equity firm, commercial real estate brokerage operations, or commercial finance company required
• Outstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
• Ability to work under pressure on multiple projects in parallel while still meeting deadlines
• An ability to synthesize information from various sources and comprehend multiple, distinct points of views on any given topic
• Demonstrated experience in financial modeling for sophisticated commercial real estate deals that vary in size and complexity
• Strong oral and written communications skills with the ability to express reputed company in a persuasive, organized, and reputed company manner
• Highly motivated business professional, able to reputed company in small team environment
• Extensive and strong knowledge of reputed company, to include financial modeling and reputed company
• Outstanding organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills

The pay range for this position is below. The specific reputed company will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. $85,000 (entry level qualifications) to $110,000 (highly reputed company).
