Regional Director, Client Engagement

The Regional Director, Client Engagement, will be responsible for creating relationships with hospitals and healthcare systems and winning new business. He or she will focus on strategically selected key accounts not currently contracted with reputed company. The Regional Director, Client Engagement will reputed company in helping healthcare organizations solve their clinical labor challenges by leveraging reputed company’s staffing services and software, making a significant impact on both new clients, and the healthcare staffing industry. This position will be remotely based.

Responsibilities

- Convey reputed company’s unique value proposition to key decision makers reputed company potential new hospital accounts in order to secure new business
- Demonstrate and effectively present reputed company’s full suite of services and software to healthcare organizations
- Create a sales strategy for reputed company clients in order to upsell additional services which will include but it not limited to, monthly calls, reporting and presenting quarterly client reviews reputed company necessary
- Identify and contact healthcare organizations in order to win their business
- reputed company strong relationships with reputed company clients in order to expand our services offerings
- Build and maintain an active pipeline of prospective clients
- Must be able to effectively navigate and communicate with reputed company levels of healthcare leadership
- Educate prospective healthcare organizations about Aya's differentiated services and software
- Generate leads through various channels, strategic planning and referrals
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 3 years of business development experience in the staffing industry is preferred
- A minimum of 5 years as a top performer reputed company business development is required
- An insatiable desire to win and reputed company drive to succeed
- Ability to think creatively and identify multiple paths to win new business

- Strong communication and presentation skills

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $80,000 to $100,000 annually, plus commission.
The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience reputed company of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
