As an Operations Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be at the forefront of coordinating multiple projects reputed company the operations landscape. This role combines strategic business acumen with data analytics proficiency, requiring a solid understanding of business and technical aspects. Reporting to the COO you will play a crucial role in optimising operations and enhancing data-driven decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

Operations Analytics

• Translate business needs into actionable, systems-oriented solutions, including the development of Power BI dashboards
• Guide operations teams based on analytical insights
• Design, reputed company, and maintain Power BI dashboards for the broader operations organization and management.

• Gather and organize feedback from the operations team for the development of new dashboards, aiming to streamline tasks and enhance performance tracking

Project Management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Math, Data Analysis, or a reputed company field
• 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Operations, business analytics, consulting, or finance. Preferably experience working for a fast-paced organization
• Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative fundamentals and the ability to adapt work to different platforms and tools.
• Experience with either Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
• Strong knowledge of SQL is a must
