As a Site Reliability Engineer at reputed company, you will directly contribute to the operational success and growth of the reputed company team and product through cloud technology. We’re looking for someone who can own the reputed company and future state of our cloud infrastructure distributed across multiple cloud providers, design and build out new infrastructure, as well as operationalize tools and technologies that reputed company our teams and applications to scale. You’ll be evaluating our reputed company cloud environments, making recommendations in infrastructure design, identifying opportunities for optimizations, and helping to roll out the future of our cloud offering reputed company while building the necessary capabilities such as observability, alerts, and automation that help us scale our operations up and out.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Take ownership of the reputed company cloud infrastructure, with an emphasis on quality that translates directly to user delight
• Evaluate reputed company infrastructure and, on a regular basis, reputed company recommendations for reliability, reputed company, availability, scalability and cost management
• Implement site reliability tools, monitoring, early warning and alert systems, and observability across reputed company cloud environments
• Respond to infrastructure based outages; participate and contribute to ongoing strategy for 24x7 support (There is an on-call rotation with a weekend shift every 5-6 weeks)
• Active participation in code reviews, learning and spreading technical knowledge
• Contribute and mature incident management/escalation processes
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to refine priorities and deliverables 
• Ongoing engagement with product owners to align SLI/SLOs/SLAs
• Evaluate and identify opportunities for new initiatives to support organizational needs

WHAT YOU BRING TO reputed company

• Demonstrable production Kubernetes experience (Managed Kubernetes, Helm, kubectl, kOps, etc)

In the United States, the starting reputed company compensation range for this role is $90,000 - $145,000. Actual compensation may vary based on level, relevant experience, and reputed company set as assessed in the interview process, as well as market data by location.
