Director of Devops

Transifex provides the required connectivity and advanced AI capabilities to help customers easily and continuously translate digital content on platforms such as SaaS, software, and websites, as well as mobile apps, games, videos, and much more.

XTM International is a leading provider of translation management software (TMS). The company's cloud-based platform helps businesses streamline their translation processes and improve efficiency.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Director of Cloud Operations to reputed company our infrastructure and DevOps initiatives across a global SaaS platform. This is a critical leadership role that ensures the scalability, reliability, and reputed company of our systems while driving innovation in cloud operations.

In this role, you will:

• reputed company, mentor, and grow high-performing DevOps and system administration teams.
• Own the end-to-end DevOps strategy across XTM’s product suite, including CI/CD, infrastructure as code, observability, and release management.

• Manage vendor relationships, including cloud providers and DevOps tooling platforms.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should bring a mix of technical expertise, leadership experience, and a passion for building resilient systems. We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and can align infrastructure strategy with broader business goals.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in computer science or reputed company field, or equivalent experience required.

• Experience leading teams supporting AWS and/or reputed company Cloud Platform.
• Architectural experience building and managing large scale cloud platforms.
• Strong expertise in AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, reputed company, CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, reputed company CI).
• Solid understanding of modern DevOps practices, site reliability engineering (SRE), and infrastructure as code (IaC).
• Experience managing hybrid hosting environments, including cloud, on-premise, and private cloud.
• Excellent cross-functional leadership skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on technical skills.
• Excellent client facing skills being an effective communicator with high quality presentation skills as well as verbal and written communication skills.
• Positive and enthusiastic with a high level of cross-functional partnership across other technical teams and XTM as a whole.
• Possess a problem-solving attitude and are adaptable in the face of change.
• Resilient in the face of challenges, change, and ambiguity.
