Responsibilities

• Host virtual consultations with clients who have actively requested information and appointments
• Educate and guide individuals through personalized insurance options based on their unique needs
• Follow up with warm leads provided by the company to build relationships and close sales
• Stay informed on product updates, industry trends, and compliance requirements
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching to continuously sharpen your skills
• Take ownership of your schedule and performance as a self-driven independent contractor
• Represent Afortus with integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client success

Qualifications

• Licensed or Willing to Get Licensed – You currently hold a life insurance license or are open to obtaining one (we’ll guide you through the process step by step)
• Excellent Communication Skills – You can clearly explain options and build strong client relationships
• Motivated and Coachable – You’re eager to learn, open to feedback, and focused on reaching your goals
• Tech-Savvy – Comfortable using Zoom, CRMs, and digital tools to engage with clients remotely
• Independent and Reliable – Able to manage your time and workload effectively without direct oversight
• Sales or Customer Service Experience – A plus, but not required — we value potential over background
• Professional and Purpose-Driven – You operate with integrity and genuinely want to make a difference
• Equipment Ready – You have dependable internet access and a laptop or desktop for virtual work
