Job Summary: As a Back of Breakfast Cook at Chick-fil-A, you will play an essential role in delivering quality food and service. Youll be responsible for preparing, assembling, and presenting meals to Chick-fil-A standards. • Efficiently and safely handle the preparation, cooking, and assembling of food items
• Achieve mastery in all kitchen stations, encompassing preparation, breading, frying, plating, and coordinating tasks efficiently
• It is important to uphold a clean and organized environment in the kitchen at all times
• Make sure to restock supplies and ingredients according to demand
• Observe the instructions provided by Chick-fil-A regarding food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Get acquainted with and adhere to the updated menu releases and training processes
• Ensure that leadership is promptly notified of any equipment problems
• Execute the necessary tasks for the commencement or conclusion of work shifts
• Respect and adhere to the company's policies, standards of behavior, and guidelines pertaining to appearance
• Engage in other associated duties as instructed

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ensuring uniformity, trustworthiness, and timeliness is paramount

• Excellent interpersonal skills and adept communication prowess
• Effective at managing multiple activities concurrently and remaining structured in a fast-moving scenario

• Versatile hours to cater to a range of shift options
• - Regular lifting of 45–50 lbs is a fundamental part of the role
• Capable of staying upright for extended periods
• No prior experience is needed; suitable applicants will undergo training

Salary:

• The hourly pay scale varies between $17.00 and $18.00, contingent upon the candidate's experience and scheduling flexibility
