Vacation Rental Co-Host and Cleaner

About the position As a Vacation Rental Co-Host and Cleaner at Redmond Tree LLC, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our reputed company properties are maintained to the highest standards, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. This position is part-time and offers a unique opportunity to learn the ins and outs of running a successful vacation rental business from reputed company superhosts and licensed real estate agents. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including customer communication, cleaning and preparing homes for new guests, and addressing any issues that may arise during a guest's stay. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing pre-arrival inspections of properties, cleaning and restocking household items, and troubleshooting minor repairs with service technicians. You will also be expected to monitor the work of additional cleaners, ensuring that reputed company tasks are completed to our high standards. This role requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, as you will be managing various aspects of property maintenance and guest relations. Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED
