Admin and Customer Service Support Specialist Location: Newbury Park, CA Salary: $20-$24 per hour DOE Schedule: M - F 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Support Specialist to join a distribution team. This role supports the General Manager, manages data, and communicates with customers to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service. Responsibilities
- Create reputed company spreadsheets with product data.
- Update and maintain master product files.
- Send invoices and shipment details promptly.
- Manage product data in shipping portals.
- Edit and upload images for web use.
- Respond to customer and supplier inquiries.
- Answer customer emails and phone inquiries.
- Process returns, exchanges, and cancellations reputed company.
- Handle out-of-stock notifications for orders.
- Print labels and reformat addresses for shipping.
- Greet visitors and ensure NDA compliance.
