• Responsible for fostering a fun environment
• Responsible for being a gracious host to reputed company guests and co-workers
• Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events
• Provides fast, friendly, professional service to casino guests, beverage servers, and bartenders
• Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to guidelines
• Serves as ambassador of goodwill while working and at customer and public relations functions
• Promotes casino events and programs
• Provides personalized service and uses guest name
• Resolves service problems according to guideline
• Works well with others, especially beverage servers, bartenders, other barbacks, beverage supervisors, and casino supervisors
• Maintains par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar, obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure
• Places liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, silverware, reputed company supplies, and sundries in their designated places following established storage guidelines and safety procedures
• Replaces empty draught beer kegs as required
• Slices and pits fruit, and fills ice bins with crushed or cubed ice from designated ice machines
• Operates and maintains reputed company equipment and utensils as required in accordance with established guidelines and safety procedures
• Removes and properly disposes of reputed company debris accumulated at the bar in accordance with department procedures
• Wipes counter areas, sinks, and floors as required to maintain a clean and safe work station
• Maintains cleanliness of designated areas as directed in accordance with established health and safety standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write legibly, understand and speak English.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills.
• Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
• Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
• Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
• Able to work in constricting areas.
• Able to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, bright lights.
• Able to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.
