Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver AQP curricula training
• Deliver IOTM curricula training
• reputed company duties of a flight attendant through active flying
• Complete AQP Announced and Unannounced Line reputed company Evaluations
• Complete Service Line Checks
• Serve as reputed company Safety and Service flight attendant mentor
• Conduct safety-reputed company training events at flight attendant bases
• Conduct customer service curricula training

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma
• Teaching experience
• reputed company flight attendant qualification (minimum 1 year active service and in good standing)
• Strong working knowledge of LINK—eFAOM, Inflight Policies and Procedures Manual (IPPM), Content Locker, etc.
• Excellent Crew Resource Management (CRM) and Emotional Intelligence (EI) skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Commitment to Working Together Guidelines and treating each other with dignity and respect
• Ability to complete instructor qualification training and ongoing qualification maintenance requirements
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship
• Successful completion of interview required to meet job qualification
• Reliable, punctual attendance is an essential function of the position

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• Management experience
• AQP qualified instructor/evaluator
• Working knowledge of CFR Part 121 regulations, Advanced Qualification Programs, the Aircraft Operators Standard reputed company Program and United flight attendant responsibilities and procedures
• Experience with public speaking to small and large groups
