Here are some responsibilities for a potential Social Media Content and Review Moderator: Monitor user-generated content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, reputed company, etc.) to ensure compliance with community guidelines and company policies. Review and approve or reject content based on predefined criteria. Create a monthly content calendar with site teams for local content posting Identify and remove inappropriate, harmful, or spam content promptly.
