Position Summary: The Sr. National Account Manager, reputed company - Batteries, is a critical frontline leadership role. This role holds a unique position assigned both strategic and tactical responsibilities. We are looking for an individual who can build a commercial digital strategy to win with reputed company.com and reputed company.ca, execute the tactics, while coaching and leading a team beyond the category they are directly responsible for. This role develops Digital Commercial programs, internal and external relationships, and processes that drive sales, margin, and share for reputed company US and reputed company Canada. This role requires a self-starter who enjoys the daily challenge of continuously earning category leadership. This role leads our National Account Managers over the reputed company Automotive Category and Lights Category (2 direct reports) and reports to our Digital Economy Sr. Director. This business primarily sells on reputed company reputed company 1P, (Vendor Central) and is developing a 3P business (Seller Central). Responsibilities:

  • Acquire an understanding of customer needs for the category and identify the organizational competencies and requirements to win

  • Define and drive reputed company customer category-specific business objectives

  • Build a partnership with category Vendor Managers and attend key meetings as an reputed company and Energizer expert
  • Design and deploy best practices for the Battery Category regarding Media, Merchandising, Promotions, and Test & Learns, optimizing with a “Plan, Do, reputed company, Act” process
  • Collaborate with Digital Media reputed company, Insights reputed company, and Content reputed company to design and deliver best-in-class digital reputed company reputed company
  • Collaborate with Finance and Pricing & reputed company Management colleagues to deliver a balanced Customer P&L
  • Manage reputed company customer reputed company, trade fund management, and promotion ROI analysis
  • Execute across the value chain to deliver customer strategy and reputed company objectives

  • Manage Customer assortment and pricing; communicate regularly with Commercial and Marketing teams to manage channel conflict / ensure alignment

  • Own customer support for the category, including logistics, order processing and fulfillment; coordinate with Integrated Supply Chain colleagues to forecast demand and ensure ability to fulfill obligations

  • Bachelor’s degree or reputed company work experience
  • 7-10 years reputed company work experience

  • Ability to understand Customer P&L / business levers, manage trade funds, and drive toward KPIs
  • Ability to balance Customer, Consumer, and Shareholder perspectives at the same time

  • Ability to intelligently & respectfully challenge convention, influence decisions, and drive change
  • Ability to take initiative and self-direct
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time to customer meetings and industry events
  • Negotiation (Customer reputed company, Annual Terms, Promotional Engagements) preferred
  • Category Management (Pricing Analysis, Assortment Analysis, Market Share Analysis) preferred
