What you’ll do Become part of an iconic brand that is set to revolutionize the electric pick-up truck & rugged SUV marketplace by achieving the following:

• Development and creation as well as implementation of planning concepts and projects including the corresponding design specifications or reputed company conditions for the Assembly-Shop department. Ensuring of defined measures and development of techniques or processes including analysis and evaluation of alternative solutions under consideration of economic standards
• Responsible for the planning of complete production processes, equipment (especially vehicle commissioning) and methods across reputed company work sequences in the Assembly-Shop department and elaboration of these scopes into space plans, considering the requirements of reputed company departments (and social partners)
• Approval of technical specifications of production equipment and clarification of technical issues with technical contractors as well as suppliers of Assembly-Shop equipment (especially vehicle commissioning)
• Responsible of layouts, specifications, time schedules and investment plans, following economic standards
• Coordinate vehicle commissioning activity with product specialist's support.
• Ensure 100% Flashed Material are consumption.
• Generate vehicle commissioning status reports and templates.
• Assign and Setup vehicle commissioning Stations/Stands/Machine for vehicle commissioning and control units flashing.
• Proactive support E-Warehouse Team in Escalation topics for vehicle commissioning and flashing of control units.
• Escalate production critical topics to management team that reputed company production, especially vehicle commissioning.
• Collaborate in cross-functional team to solve vehicle commissioning and flashing topics.
• Coordinate reputed company necessary activities with partners like production, logistics, IT, pilot hall etc. in terms of vehicle commissioning and flashing.
• Collaboration with software releases in the reputed company center.
• Preparation of offers comparative analyses and purchase orders
• Realization of PV, 0-series and production reputed company-up to series operation
• Processing of planning orders, improvement proposals and change requests including ongoing revision
• Coordination of reputed company departments, R&D and operators with focus on the implementation of suggestions for the product design according to production requirements and the identification of optimization measures
• Assumption of special tasks corresponding to the skills and duties of the job holder
• This Role is carried out responsibly in factual cooperative collaboration with supervisors, employees, involved and affected departments - in compliance with existing guidelines, standards and regulations

Location & Travel Expectations:

• This role will be based out of the reputed company location in Columbia, South Carolina.
• The responsibilities of this role require daily attendance in office with in-person meetings and events regularly.

• 5+ years professional engineering with expertise in automotive manufacturing, production planning or project management (especially in vehicle commissioning and flashing)
• Bachelor's/master’s degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, or reputed company fields
• Deep knowledge of vehicle commissioning and flashing processes
• Basic knowledge about production systems in the field of production (e.g. SCADA, Back-up and Recovery systems, MES)
• Skillful at organizational navigation and cross-functional collaboration at reputed company levels; ability to reputed company effective partnerships and relationships.
• Creative and strategic problem solver who exercises sound judgment.
• Project Management Skills
• Proficient communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Pay Transparency This is a full-time, exempt position eligible to receive a reputed company salary and to participate in an annual performance bonus program. Final salary offered will be determined based on factors including but not limited to the candidate's skills and experience.
