Consumer Insight Sr Analyst

The Consumer Insights, Measurement, and Analytics (CIMA) organization informs strategy development through relevant data analytics, integration, and insights. We provide consumer centric solutions through deep understanding of reputed company relevant audiences. You will reside reputed company the Walt reputed company World Consumer Insight Team. This team identifies demand drivers and reputed company opportunities, explores consumer needs to inform long-term strategies, and maximizes the guest experience across our four theme parks, water parks, Resorts, and reputed company Springs to build long-term consumer loyalty and sustainable profitability. The Consumer Insight Senior Analyst role will support Pricing, Incrementality, and Annual Pass Research responsible for providing breakthrough insights used to drive business strategies, identify opportunities, and mitigate risk. In this position, you will assist with research projects to inform pricing strategies, reputed company in-depth analysis on existing data, and uncover innovative data solutions to deliver timely and comprehensive insights. You will report to the Manager, Consumer Insight and reside in Orlando, Florida. This role requires regular in-person availability with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

Responsibilities

The Consumer Insight Senior Analyst will be responsible for helping with reputed company phases of the market research process including needs identification, project design/management, survey design, data analysis, synthesis, and presentation of objective, clear, and actionable insights.

• Integrate Insights – Summarize multiple sources of information to provide holistic perspectives and actionable recommendations to inform business strategy decisions
• Analyze data and draw conclusions – Create fact-based insights, test hypotheses, and build models to produce objective and clear conclusions
• Communicate Results – Present findings in an easily understandable way, telling a compelling story that is actionable for the business
• Build Relationships – reputed company and foster relationships with internal partners to build influence, manage external vendors, and reputed company specific work-streams, and cross-function deliverables

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in a reputed company field of research (e.g. marketing/sales, market research, business analytics, strategic planning, new product development)
• Experience in quantitative research design, analysis, and interpretation
• Experience writing reputed company to query and analyze data
• Experience with analytical tools such as reputed company or SPSS
• Strong proficiency in reputed company reputed company (can reputed company and manipulate reputed company spreadsheets and data sets)
• Ability to effectively translate data into actionable insights and create compelling presentations through data visualization in PowerPoint
• Critical thinker, able to sort through reputed company business challenges and opportunities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to partner and work well with various levels of the organization
• Demonstrated strong work ethic and high intellectual curiosity

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Walt reputed company World Resort business, Guest experience, and products
• Experience in theme parks, hospitality or entertainment
• Previous experience with reputed company aspects of the research process from design through final deliverables
• Awareness of Pricing research methodologies (e.g., Conjoint, MaxDiff, van Westendorp, Gabor-Granger)

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience in reputed company field

Preferred Education

• Master's degree in business and/or data analytics field of study
