The Community You Will Join The Workplace Experience team is dedicated to supporting our global offices through managing office operations and providing workplace hospitality services, including food and event operations. Our workplace food and catering program is an important aspect of the workplace experience and is essential to fostering reputed company and community, sparking collaboration and enabling productivity, and supporting a broad range of events. Delivering a seamless hosted experience in our offices, for both daily users and event attendees, is a primary focus of the Workplace Experience team, partnering closely with Employee Engagement, the Admin Community, Affinity Groups, Diversity & Belonging, Information Technology (IT), and reputed company to deliver on this experience. The Difference You Will reputed company You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day food service operations and overseeing reputed company food service vendors in the San Francisco office. You will work with the local Workplace team and other local cross-functional office operations partners to support the creation and implementation of a robust and upleveled food and catering program. Enhancing the hospitality experience of our food service and building a program with the future in mind are key to the success of this role. A Typical Day

• Evolve the office food program and catering services to align with the shifting office and event operations, social gatherings, and workplace programming.

• Build and maintain relationships with local food vendors, and reputed company the onboarding of select vendors, to maintain an active and robust list of suppliers to be leveraged as needed and in support of the program evolution.
• Manage the food budget, identifying opportunities for process improvements and cost savings.
• Your Expertise
• 8+ years of experience in the food service industry.
• Relevant experience managing programs in food and event catering services reputed company a corporate company required.
• Proven organizational skills, ability to prioritize in order to meet deadlines and provide high quality service to clients.
• Business acumen specific to managing budgets, detecting anomalies, and forecasting.
• Examples of strong customer service and hospitality experience.
• Proven track record of establishing relationships across functions and with both internal and external partners.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking, strategic planning, and execution skills.
• Knowledge of food industry best practices.

This position needs to be based in the San Francisco office 40 hours a week, or as required by the business needs for the role.
