Live Chat Agents
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to provide real-time support to customers through our website and/or app chat platform. As a key part of the customer service team, you will handle inquiries, provide accurate information, and resolve issues quickly and professionally—entirely through written communication. Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries reputed company live chat.
- Assist customers with product/service questions, order tracking, account issues, and basic troubleshooting.
- Identify and escalate more reputed company issues to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful tone in reputed company written communication.
- Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in the system.
- Stay informed on company products, services, promotions, and policies.
- Meet or exceed daily chat performance metrics (e.g. response time, resolution reputed company, customer satisfaction).
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or live chat support is a plus.
- Excellent written communication, spelling, and grammar skills.
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (usually 40+ WPM).
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously.
- Comfortable using chat platforms, CRM tools, and web-based systems.

Work Conditions:
