## Key Process Process Reconciliation and Customer Support: Manage authorization and clearing requests to ensure accurate payment flows. Collaborate with customer support teams to address and resolve customer inquiries. Deliver fast, precise responses to complex support issues, enhancing customer satisfaction. Performance Monitoring and Issue Resolution: Continuously monitor user performance, responding promptly to any alerts of degradation. Conduct thorough investigations to determine causes of operational issues. Collaborate with technical teams to communicate operational breakages and assist in driving resolutions. Operational Efficiency and Automation: Implement data and process efficiencies to meet the demands of scaling and speed. Identify, design, and automate inefficient operational processes, reducing manual workloads and enhancing system functionality. ## Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Proven experience in technical operations, preferably in a fintech environment. Strong understanding of financial payments processes. Familiarity with blockchain technology. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
