You’ll help us reach students, amplify our mission, and connect your peers with real job opportunities — especially those balancing work and school or looking for stable hourly jobs. What you’ll do:

• Build grassroots awareness: Table at student job fairs, lead resume workshops, speak in student org meetings, and partner with career services.
• Drive user growth: Drive signups to Bandana among your peers — both job-seekers and student groups — through events, flyers, group chats, or whatever hustle works on your campus.
• Run local experiments: Pilot new messaging strategies, activation tactics, and offline stunts to grow Bandana’s brand awareness on-campus
• Act as the student voice: Share feedback directly from students about what they need in a job platform, and surface ideas for improving Bandana’s product and brand.

What You’ll Get

• Stipend: $30/hr per hour depending on scope
