We're seeking a results-driven IT Program Manager to lead and manage the execution of strategic technology initiatives across multiple departments and stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to join a purpose-led organization and work at the intersection of IT, innovation, and healthcare transformation. The pay range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 with an additional bonus opportunity. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location

What You'll Do

As a Program Manager, you'll:

• Lead cross-functional technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
• Act as the IT liaison for both internal stakeholders and external partners, managing timelines, budgets, and scope
• Facilitate change management strategies to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; proactively communicate challenges and solutions to stakeholders
• Deliver detailed reports on program status, budgets, timelines, and risks to senior leadership
• Conduct stakeholder meetings, manage team dynamics, and provide thought leadership across project workstreams
• Apply your project management expertise to deliver scalable, user-friendly technology solutions that support Numotion's mission

What You Bring Required:

• 5+ years of experience in project/program management within technology or IT operations
• Experience managing ERP implementations, with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O (D365 F&O)
• Proven ability to manage large, complex projects with multiple stakeholders and moving parts
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall software development lifecycle methodologies
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to translate technical details for non-technical audiences
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, and general project tracking/reporting tools
• Strong leadership, time management, and budget management skills
