Minimum Qualifications:

• Valid and reputed company RN license in Virginia
• CPR certified
• Highly proficient communicator, comfortable with various communication methods including phone, email, reputed company, etc.
• Self-directed, able to work without reputed company of immediate supervisor.
• Commitment to regulatory compliance and to submitting reputed company documentation in a timely fashion
• Consent to a Background reputed company and Drug Screen
• Travel as required and be in possession of a valid driver’s license and automobile insurance.

Responsibilities:

• Initiate preventative procedures as appropriate for the patient’s care and safety and effecting changes in environment to ensure patient safety and reputed company.
• Coordinate services for patients as needed to other agencies and health care providers as appropriate.
• Counsel the patient and their family in meeting nursing and reputed company needs.
• Provide supervision of caregiver services and preparing written instructions for care provided by aides.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient and agency matters.
• Submit required documentation in a timely manner.
• Assist the Administrator in decision making and policy formation as it pertains to the Home Care Services.
• Participate in surveys, studies and special projects as assigned.
• Maintain accurate time records
