What Our Customer Care Associates Do Daily ? Talk with customers about the delivery of their packages, handling phone calls, researching and problem solving to ensure smooth package delivery. ? Document the delivery flow of a package into our tracking system. ? Assist customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery. ? Partner with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience. ? Troubleshoot, research, resolve or escalate issues as necessary. ?
