Requirements

• Stable internet connection
• Access to a computer/laptop or smart device (iPhone/Android/iPad) with a working camera
• Must attend and pass a mandatory state life insurance class and exam (unless already licensed)
• Willing to attend training and follow a proven system
• Comfortable helping clients set up financial plans
• Familiar with Zoom (or willing to learn)
• Able to keep your camera on and dress professionally during meetings
• Able to work as part of a team or independently
• 18 or older
• Clean background

Skills:

• No prior work experience needed – full training is provided
• Strong communication skills (phone, text, Zoom)
• Willingness to learn and follow a proven system
• Professionalism on camera (Zoom-ready appearance)
• Understanding of Zoom etiquette – or willing to learn
• Self-motivated and dependable
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
