Delivery - Appliance Delivery and Basic Installation (NOW HIRING)
Charm City Appliances is seeking a reliable Appliance Delivery Driver. As a member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for the safe, timely delivery, and basic installation of household appliances. Once you are hired, we will be committed to preparing you for the technical knowledge that you will need. As an entry level employee, you will be fully trained in installations and appliance set-up. This role requires a clean driving record, physical stamina, and basic technical ability. Key Responsibilities:
- Delivery and Installation: Safely load, transport, and install appliances such as refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers at customer locations.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service, including clear communication with customers about installation processes and appliance operations.
- Technical Setup: Ensure proper installation and functionality of appliances, including hooking up water, gas, and electrical connections as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to reputed company safety guidelines and regulations during delivery and installation.
- Problem-Solving: Diagnose and troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Complete reputed company necessary paperwork, including delivery receipts and installation reports in our software.
- Maintenance: reputed company delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained, and report any issues to management.
Qualifications:
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move heavy appliances (up to 100 lbs)
- Licenses: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. CDL not required.
- Skills- Reliability and timely performance.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits:
