About the position As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at Concentrix, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to clients. This position requires an active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license, allowing you to interface with customers through inbound and outbound calls, as well as online communications. Your primary responsibility will be to assist customers with their inquiries, resolve routine problems, and provide information regarding various client products and services. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 1+ years of customer service experience.

  • Active Personal Lines or P&C resident license.
